I don’t like having pictures taken of myself, but Mrs. Karen made me feel so comfortable when she took my Senior pictures. She took us to a quiet space and was able to truly capture my passion and personality. She even suggested that I bring my keyboard since music is my passion. It was fun because she knew exactly what to do so the photos would reflect the real me. We also used the pictures in a yearbook ad that she created for us and it turned out great!

Only 5 stars? I would give Karen McConaughey Photography more if I could! Not only is Karen an outstanding photographer with an eye for detail, but she is downright the coolest, friendliest gal you'll ever meet. She has a way with people. She can make everyone feel relaxed even when tensions are high. I'm sure it's not easy shooting large families, especially small children and those sometimes grumpy old men who would rather avoid the family photo shoot! She seems to always find the perfect spot to shoot, whether it be bustling downtown Houston, the serene hill country, or even the beautiful backdrop of our own neighborhood of Bridgeland in Cypress. Her patience runneth over, resulting in more natural, relaxed photos. It never fails that there are so many stunning photos to choose from, I want them all!
